Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs F. Wilson

This course offers NCEA Level 1 standards in solo and group performance, composition, aural, music technology and analysis of music works in a contemporary setting. These standards are integrated to develop student's musicianship in a holistic way. 

Students must be learning an instrument through either the itinerant music programme, or with a private teacher. 

It is an expectation that students in this course contribute to the co-curricular life of the school.
