This course extends technology skills gained in Year 11. Students develop a brief to address a given issue and use this brief to complete an Eco-fashion project. Students will also complete a written report about sustainability in design.
Students are required to provide their own fabric and patterns for their chosen project.
At least Merit in Technology Achievement Standard 91046 or 91047 and a minimum of 12 credits in Level 1 Technology, or TIC approval. This course is not suitable for beginners. Students need to start this course at the beginning of the year.
*Students must choose either Food Technology, Fabric Technology or Hard Materials Technology*
