Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs C. Gilbert

In Year 10 English, students cover a range of thematic units, which include: study of novels, drama, short stories, poetry, Shakespeare, media, film, oral language and writing. Students extend their ability to understand, analyse and discuss oral, written and visual texts in preparation for NCEA Level 1 English.
