Level 3 Biology

Course Description

This course will allow students to develop their appreciation of both Aotearoa and global Biology relating to the environment and natural history. Students will also be encouraged to make informed decisions on current socio-biological issues. The broad range of biological knowledge and scientific skills gained will support further study or training in all biological, biomedical, veterinary and health sciences.

Students wishing to take Scholarship Biology are advised to take this course.

The standards offered in this course may be altered at the discretion of the Head of Department.
