Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Ms P. Meyer


This course is a combination of both theory and practical. The topics covered include; Skill Learning, Team Skills, Outdoor Education, Anatomy, Biomechanics and Physiology. Ability to participate in practical lessons is essential. Students participate in an overnight camp experience. This costs approximately $180.00.

The standards offered in this course may be altered at the discretion of the Head of Department.



Recommended Prior Learning

Students must be able and willing to participate in the practical aspect of the course.
