Level 2 Art Photography

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs A. Cooper.

At Level 2, students work on an individualised program. Building from Level 1 design and photography, students further develop skills and understanding of photography through research of established and contemporary practice, the creation and manipulation of imagery, and idea development. Students will learn to select and analyse the ideas and techniques of various established artists to help inform their own creative understanding and decision-making process. This course introduces more independent working options in preparation for Level 3 requirements.

An achieved or better in Level 1 VA course is recommended, or by approval from HOD.

Pathway
