Level 3 Art Design
Course Description

This course is ideally suited to students who have completed a Level 2 course in Art Design but entry can be granted through other Visual Arts pathways with HOD permission. Level 3 Art Designs allows students who are interested in pursuing Design the opportunity to fully explore their own pathways using established design processes and Adobe digital applications. Students will design their own project and be supported through the portfolio development process. This course will greatly assist students who wish to continue with tertiary study in Design.
Recommended Prior Learning
Achieve Level 2 Design with 24 credits; Level 2 Practical Art, or Level 2 Photography. Must have at least 12 credits with one internal standard at Merit OR at the discretion of the HOD.

Total Credits Available: 18 credits.
Externally Assessed Credits: 14 credits.
Internally Assessed Credits: 4 credits.
